Let's talk about your work.

I take on projects in any field. If a part of your work is slow, repetitive, error-prone, or simply frustrating, I would like to hear about it.

How a project usually goes

  1. A free first call

You describe the work and what bothers you about it. I ask a lot of questions and tell you honestly whether I can help.

  2. Learning the work

I spend time with the people who do the work and map how it really runs, including the exceptions and workarounds.

  3. A first version

I build the smallest useful version inside the tools you already use, so you can try it on real work right away.

  4. Handing it over

Your team may keep changing and improving what I build in house, and I teach them how. When something gets tricky, call me.

Before we talk

If you prefer to write first, an email with a few sentences on each of these helps me prepare:

  • The work you would like to improve, and who does it today.
  • The software and methods your team already uses.
  • What a good outcome would look like, and your timeline.

I am based in Louisville, Kentucky, and I work with clients in person nearby and remotely anywhere.
